Ms. Rippley consults and presents on topics including growing leaders as coaches, creating a coaching culture in organizations, talent development, and neuroscience based goal strategies for business development. She has presented at national conferences and on a variety of panels.

Ms. Rippley’s has over 30 years of experience in the field of education with much of the focus being on professional development training and leadership development. She has added business, team and executive coaching training through program completion at Results Coaching Systems (Neuro Leadership Group). She has taught at the university level at several universities and was a project leader for a state task force on best practices in professional development design.
